Business Booking Request Form

When filling in the below form, Please keep in mind this is a request and that we at BEXPRO will reach out to you by email with a provided quote based on the requirements you've selected in the form below. The Pricing above only reflects local (City of Toronto) pricing and anywhere else in the GTA will be subjected to our BEXPO Travel Fee (See FAQ for details). Once your appointment is scheduled, a 50% non-refundable deposit fee is required to secure your appointment. You can send the deposit to beyondexpro@gmail.com via interact e-transfer. The deposit will be deducted from your total service cost including travel fees if applicable.

Keep in mind, Currently our hours of operations are between: Monday - Friday (5pm -10pm) and bookings are made between that time.

The remaining balance can be paid via cash or e-transfer at the time of the appointment.

(If the deposit isn't received, your appointment will be cancelled. NO exceptions. No deposit = no appointment.)

BEXPRO IMAGE POSTINGS: All pictures taken by BEXPRO members are owned by BEXPRO and will be backed up and saved for the foreseeable future. Therefore, Beyond Excellence Productions can post whichever photos were taken from the shoot on our BEXPRO website, BEXPRO Portfolio, or on our BEXPRO social media. Beyond Excellence Productions advertisements (e.g. our IG, website, posters, promotions, and so on) is also included. Any requests made by you (client) to be withheld from posting your pictures for any of the above would result as an inconvenience and you(client) will be charged a $100 inconvenience fee.
