Booking Requirements
Once your appointment is scheduled, a 50% non-refundable deposit fee is required to secure your appointment. You can either book through our website in the booking section or send the deposit to beyondexpro@gmail.com via interac e-transfer. This fee will be deducted from your total service cost.
The remaining balance can be paid via cash or e-transfer at the time of the appointment.
(If the deposit isn't received, your appointment will be cancelled. NO exceptions. No deposit = no appointment.)
CANCELLATION, LATE, No-Show
Cancellation period: 48H - If you cancel your appointment pre 48H of your booking then you will receive your deposit back.
Late Policy and Late fee: I have a grace period of 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, An additional $10 will be added to the service fee after that. If 20 minutes pass, the appointment will be cancelled and the non-refundable deposit will not be returned.
No-Shows: If you do not show up to your appointment either with or without an explanation you will not be able to book another appointment with me and your deposit will not be returned.
TRAVEL FEEs
Travel fees: If you require services outside downtown Toronto, you will be subject to pay travel fees. Our travel fees are $0.68 per KM x2 depending on the area. Our travel fees or service fees are NON-negotiable.
COVID-19 Safety precautions
COVID-19 precautions: Please ensure that you have no cold-like symptoms when booking your appointment. If at the time of the appointment you display any symptoms of COVID-19 you will be asked to leave and your deposit will not be returned. If you feel like you might have COVID-19 please reschedule your appointment until you feel well again.
At your appointment: Please ensure that you arrive wearing a mask, and you will be required to use hand sanitizer upon arrival.
FAQ
Where are you based and do you travel?
BEXPRO is a Toronto/GTA Based Photography group, we currently only travel to parts of the GTA and just outside of the GTA. If you require us to travel outside the downtown location, you will be subjected to non-negotiable travel fees.
When will we get our photos?
Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within maximum 2 weeks (sometimes less depending on the volume of photos being edited). You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints!
How many pictures will we receive?
Depending on the Package chosen for your desired shoot, this may vary. There will be a number of photos presented to you for your choice of what you'd like to receive in your package, all high-end images and additional photos for purchase. We always choose quality rather than quantity and that's why we will choose the best and more significant photos to best commemorate your BEXPRO experience.
What studio do you shoot at?
Currently we tend to shoot at a local studio on the East side of Toronto. This is where our studio prices are based off of. We are able to shoot at any studio the client would like to request, our pricing, timing, and schedule for studios varies based on the studio pricing, timing, and schedule.
Can I have more than one person in my pictures during my shoot?
Yes you may! All packages are tailored to a one person shoot, however, if you are to add more people in the shoot taking pictures, there is a $30 fee per person up to 4 Persons max.
