Welcome to the Beyond Excellence Productions (BEXPRO for short) team! We are so glad you chose to use us as your professional photography team. Our goal is to capture your best moment in the moment. Our team is motivated and passionate about capturing your best moments IN the moment! With that said we at BEXPRO and thank-you for choosing to shoot with us! Below is our Terms and Agreements that should be submitted prior to our shoot. If we do not receive conformation that you (client) has fully read, understand and submit this application then we (BEXPRO) will not shoot until done so.

Booking Requirements


Deposits: Once your appointment is scheduled, a 50% non-refundable deposit fee is required to secure your appointment. You (Client) can either book through our website in the booking section or send the deposit to beyondexpro@gmail.com via interac e-transfer. This fee will be deducted from your total service cost.

The remaining balance can be paid via cash or e-transfer at the time of the appointment.


Note: You(Client) acknowledges that any deposits made for in-studio bookings are not, under any circumstances, refundable. Once the deposit is made the funds will go to reserving your spot for your shoot. thus deeming it non-refundable. We (BEXPRO) reserve the rights to issue any additional fees for in-studio cancellation costs.


(If the deposit isn't received, your appointment will be cancelled. NO exceptions. No deposit = no appointment.)


CANCELLATION, LATE, No-Show


Outdoor only Cancellation period: You(Client) acknowledges that there is a cancellation deadline of before 48Hrs of shoot date - If you (Client) cancels your appointment 48Hrs prior of your Shooting time with a valid reason of not wanting to shoot with us(BEXPRO), then we (BEXPRO) will return to you (Client) your full amount and deposit then part ways. After/within 48Hrs cancellations, You(Client) acknowledges that we (BEXPRO) reserve the right to return fees paid by you (Client) other than the 50% non-refundable deposit.


In-Studio only Cancellation period:

You (Client) acknowledges that there are no-refunds for In-studio Bookings. You (Client) Acknowledges that because studios are third party to BEXPRO, any fees paid to BEXPRO in dealing with third parties such as studios, are non-reflecting on BEXPRO therefore whatever cancellation fees will be reflecting on you (Client) if BEXPRO incurs base on client cancellation.


Late Policy and Late fee: You (Client) acknowledges that you(Client) have a grace period of 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, An additional $10 will be added to the service fee after that. If 20 minutes pass, we(BEXPRO) will make the call that the appointment will be cancelled and the non-refundable deposit will not be returned.


No-Shows: You(Client) acknowledges that if you(Client) do not show up to your appointment either with or without an explanation, We(BEXPRO) reserve the rights with not book with you (client) for any shoots in the future and your deposit will not be returned. You (Client) acknowledges that you (Client) will not be able to book another appointment with BEXPRO.

BEXPRO TRAVEL FEEs& Location


Travel fees: If you (Client) require services outside downtown Toronto, you(Client) will be subject to pay travel fees. Our BEXPRO travel fees are $0.68 per KM x2 depending on the area. Our BEXPRO travel fees or service fees are NON-negotiable.


Location: We (BEXPRO) reserve the right to only make suggestions of locations to you (Client) depending upon the type of shoot. You (Client) acknowledges that you are not enforced to take suggestions made by BEXPRO and are encourage to select and inform BEXPRO of your location choice. You (Client) acknowledges that depending on the location chosen for the shoot, you(client) bear all responsibility for ensuring that the location chosen is photography safe (meaning if the location requires permits, permission, ETC) prior to the shoot date. If permission, permits, and more is required for the shoot and We (BEXPRO) is not informed that this has been handled by you(Client) then we (BEXPRO) reserve the rights to reschedule or cancel your shoot if not informed.


BEXPRO is not responsible for any mishaps that might occur during the shoot and will make attempts to reschedule if needed or call off the shoot.

BEXPRO SAfety


Shooting Safety: We at BEXPRO reserve the right to refuse to shoot in high-risk environments. We (BEXPRO) reserve the rights to call a shoot off if the location, environment, or law enforcement poses a risk to you (Client) and the BEXPRO team. We (BEXPRO) also reserve the right to make several attempts to reschedule with you (Client) if situations like this occur preventing a shoot from proceeding. If you (Client) are willing to persist and we (BEXPRO) for any reason does not, then we (BEXPRO) reserve the rights to call off the shoot, refund any fees except the 50% non-refundable deposit and any BEXPRO Travel fees only if you (Client) and we (BEXPRO) does not comply with rescheduling.


COVID-19 precautions: Please ensure that you have no cold-like symptoms when booking your appointment. If at the time of the appointment you display any symptoms of COVID-19 you will be asked to leave and your deposit will not be returned. If you feel like you might have COVID-19 please reschedule your appointment until you feel well again.

At your appointment: Please ensure that you arrive wearing a mask, and you will be required to use hand sanitizer upon arrival.

PACKAGE Payments


Once the deposit has been paid and the photography session is booked, any outstanding fees (the remainder of the price) should be paid towards the Beyond Excellence Productions team at the BEGINNING, BEFORE, or in the days before the event. Otherwise, the shoot will not proceed. Please be aware; it takes up to 4 hours for crew and photographers to set up, so be mindful and do not cancel on the day of.

If you wish to change the date or the location of your shoot, please give us 24 Hrs notice before your scheduled photography session, or you will be charged a $35 inconvenience fee.


You(Client) Acknowledges that once fully paid, all sales with Beyond Excellence Productions (BEXPRO) are FINAL. Once You(Client) has paid the deposit and total amount owing, there will be no refunds under any circumstances.

BEXPRO LEVEL OF EXPECTATIONS

With that said we (BEXPRO) do not offer services such as finding models, makeup and lash services. All clients are expected to come ready for their shoot; this includes a change of clothes, makeup for touch-ups, baby oil, and hygiene products.


You(Client) acknowledges that you should be prepared for your shoot with BEXPRO, meaning hair has to be done, makeup has to be completed, outfits has to be communicated and shown to BEXPRO prior to the shoot, and you(Client) are fully prepared to shoot with us (BEXPRO). If not then we (BEXPRO) reserve the rights to reschedule or cancel a shoot if these terms are not met at the time of shoot.

BEXPRO Images


Beyond Excellence Productions reserve the rights to own any and all photos taken by any Beyond Excellence productions team members during the shoot. All pictures taken by BEXPRO members will be backed up and saved for the foreseeable future. Therefore, Beyond Excellence Productions can post whichever photos were taken from the shoot on social media or for Beyond Excellence Productions advertisements (e.g. our IG, website, posters, promotions, and so on). Any requests made by you (client) to be withheld from posting your pictures for any of the above would result as an inconvenience and you(client) will be charged a $35 inconvenience fee.


Any pictures you (client) receive can be used for posting whichever and however you please, however we do recommend tagging @bexpro_ if being posted and referencing BEXPRO.


We(BEXPRO) reserve the rights to withhold any photos taken during the shoot that does not meet the level of quality to be presented to you(Client). You(Client) acknowledges that the high-end images presented to you upon delivery are the ones that you(client) can choose from to meet your package requirements. We(BEXPRO) reserve the rights to make additional photos purchasable to you (Client) outside the package terms.

Image delivery


Time Frame: We at BEXPRO prides ourselves on delivering the best of the best. Therefore to ensure we present you the best high-end images, we require a minimum 2 weeks (sometimes less depending on the volume of photos being edited). We (BEXPRO) reserve the rights to take additional processing time depending on the volume of shoots with strong communication to you (client) in the understanding that it does take time to present to you (client) the best of the best.


Delivery: You(Client) acknowledges that you will receive an email to an online gallery link with all your high-end images for your viewing tailored to your email. You (Client) acknowledge that the gallery will have a watermark on the photos for viewing/selecting purposes. You (client) acknowledges that there will be a limit to how many images you can select for download (limit will be determined by package paid for) and that the watermark is only removed once you download the photos from the gallery.

Terms and Agreements


By Agreeing to the terms and agreements above, this signifies that you (Client) acknowledges and is in compliance with Beyond Excellence Productions (BEXPRO) terms for the ability to shoot and we (BEXPRO) will abide by them. If we (BEXPRO) sees any violations of these terms, we reserve the rights to withhold taking/delivering pictures, withdraw from shoots and protect any and all of BEXPRO team members from the project.


Please note that BEXPRO requires this form to be filled in and submitted by any and all participants involved in-order for BEXPRO to shoot.
